We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase from ALDFX Shop. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@aldfx-shop.com with photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Because our products are shipped directly from manufacturer warehouses, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact us first to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct regional return shipping address.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method via Yoco or Payfast. Please remember it can take 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
